killing the boss at the end of canery

Can someone give me a hint on how to kill the boss he will not die? He regenerates

It takes a lot of running around to do this level, when you shoot the boss he will go to an energy source to regenerate, when this opens shoot the red section (I think it was red) and destroy the energy source

Then shoot the boss again and avoid the fire from him, he tends to fire in a high/low sequence, so duck or jump to avoid his shots, then when you have shot him a few times he will go to the next energy source, again destroy it, repeat this a few times and you will have him beat.

You could use some of the more powerful weapons to shoot him but I seem to remember I did it only with the MP40, you could also try using some veil power to slow him down, but I found that I was failing more often playing with the different options.

P.S. all boss levels will require you to shoot at some energy sources to complete them as far as I can remember.
